Refunds and cancellation

Cancel a subscription

Open your account page and choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Paid features remain available through the current billing period, then the account moves to the free plan. Your saved funders and writing stay in your account.

Yearly plans

Email us within 14 days of a yearly charge, including a renewal, to request a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Rights provided by applicable law still apply.

Monthly plans

Monthly charges are not refundable after the billing period starts, except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or when a billing error occurs. If a product issue prevented you from using a paid feature, contact us and we will review it.

How to ask

Email hello@likelyfunders.com from the email address on your account. Include the plan, charge date, and reason for the request. If checkout was processed by Dodo Payments, its Merchant of Record terms and applicable law also apply to the transaction.
